Included in cost.

Shuttle service to and from the airport. Seven nights and six full fishing days at the Clearwater, all meals and accommodations at the river; fishing permits; one guide and boat for every two anglers.


Not included in cost.

Round-trip airfare from your home to Spokane International Airport; meals and accommodations before pickup on a Saturday before fishing starts Sunday or at other en route cities. Additional transport to and from the camps. Alcoholic beverages and other items of a personal nature; gratuities to guides and hotel staff.


Deposit/Cancellation/Refund.

In order to confirm your reservation a 50% deposit is required not later than 14 days after invoicing.  Final payment no later than July 14th. Deposit and final payment are non-refundable in case you have a business conflict or change your mind. 

The customer is responsible for signing their own Trip Cancellation Insurance and Travel Insurance.

Clearwater Steelhead Syndicate has the right to cancel on the basis of force majeure i.e. natural disasters (earthquakes, hurricanes, floods) – wars, riots, or other major upheavals – performance failures of parties outside the control of Clearwater Steelhead Syndicate.

Unusual weather and river conditions.

– such as extreme snow - and ice conditions – may also lead to trip cancellation. In such case – Clearwater Steelhead Syndicate will, in the following order:

Offer Customer an alternative trip at a later date same season.

If this is not possible for Clearwater Steelhead Syndicate – Clearwater Steelhead Syndicate will offer a 50% refund on the price paid on the canceled trip.

Alterations – Travel schedules can change due to adverse weather, strikes, or other factors beyond our control. This can cause loss of airline tickets and lost luggage, for which Clearwater Steelhead Syndicate cannot be held liable.

Clearwater Steelhead Syndicate management has the right to implement alterations in the program and fishing schedule to adapt to the prevailing conditions and seek optimum exploitation of the fishing and facilities for the group.

There can and most likely will be public fishing on the Clearwater.

Clearwater Steelhead Syndicate keeps the right to host group leaders, journalists, film crews.


Travel in the USA.

Visiting Clearwater includes driving by Bus, guide vehicles, and the use of boats in a wilderness country.

Passengers must understand and accept the risks associated with such means of conveyance. 

Travel schedules can change due to adverse weather, strikes, or other factors beyond our control. This can cause delays and even missed international connections. Such delays could impose an additional cost to you in hotels or in changing low-cost airline tickets (which often have tight restrictions) for which Clearwater Steelhead Syndicate cannot be held responsible.

A hotel can be over-booked or in case of last-minute bookings our hotel can be full, therefore Clearwater Steelhead Syndicate reserves the right to change accommodations if needed.

Customers making a reservation with Clearwater Steelhead Syndicate must sign and submit the electronic booking confirmation on the front page, which indicates that terms and conditions have been read and accepted.
